Individual Therapy

Honest work. Deep healing. All parts welcome.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. You just need a space where you can be real—mess and all. That’s what I offer: a grounded, judgment-free space where we work at your pace and follow what’s real- no need to worry about being “good at therapy”.

What We Might Work On

People come to therapy with all kinds of stories, patterns, and pain. Some of the most common themes I work with include:

  • Childhood and attachment trauma

  • Grief and complicated loss

  • Relationship struggles and trust wounds

  • Anxiety, shame, and self-criticism

  • Feeling stuck, disconnected, or “too much”

  • Navigating identity, belonging, and life transitions

  • Religious trauma or recovery from high-control environments

This isn’t surface-level therapy. This is the kind of work that helps you understand where your patterns come from—and how to stop them from running the show.

How I Work

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection. I’m EMDR certified and trained in Ego State Therapy and Parts Work, which means we’ll work not just with your thoughts, but with your nervous system, your story, and the parts of you that may still be holding on to old pain.

I’m warm, steady, and present. I’m also direct—because I believe in honesty, not just comfort. I’ll reflect what I see with care, and I’ll stay with you when things get hard. That’s what this space is for.

What Therapy Looks Like With Me

Sessions are laid-back and flexible—centered around what you bring in that day and the deeper work we’re holding together over time.

Some days we’ll focus on what’s right in front of you—stress from the week, a conversation that stirred something up, or a part of you that’s feeling overwhelmed. Other days, we’ll tap into the deeper layers—old memories, attachment wounds, or the patterns that keep circling back.

We might use EMDR, Parts Work, or somatic tools—whatever feels most helpful and supportive in the moment. I’ll check in with you along the way, and we’ll move at a pace that honors where you are.

No pressure to show up with the “right” thing—just bring yourself. That’s enough.

You Don’t Have To Keep Carrying It Alone

You might be holding things that no one has ever helped you name. Therapy is where that changes. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been weighing you down and help you reconnect to a version of yourself that feels more whole, more grounded, and more you.
