INSURANCE

I’m in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar Health, and Optum/United Behavioral Health.

OUT OF NETWORK?

If do not accept your insurance or you would prefer to pay out of pocket, I can provide what’s called a “Superbill” at the end of each month. You’re more than welcome to submit this document directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or to meet your deductible, depending on your plan’s out of network benefits.

Not interested in submitting superbills? Check out REIMBURSIFY – they’ll handle the whole claim submission process from start to finish on your behalf, AND the first claim they submit for you is free!

You may also have an option to do “single case agreements” through your insurance company. You will just have to let them know you have had a hard time finding an in network provider and that our practice has a specialist that can help you. We can’t request this but you can and it allows you to use your benefits.

PAYMENT

All major credit cards, HSA’s, FSA’s, CareCredit accepted for payment. We do not accept cash or check, and an up-to-date credit card must be kept on file at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Clients paying out-of-pocket for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate
