I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have about 6 years of experience working in the Mental health field. My style is warm, interactive and focused on my clients goals. I believe in the power of rapport and understand the importance it has on the therapeutic process.  I have worked with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, stressors, life changes, grief, work-related issues and boundary-setting.
